Make a hole – Goodbye, Jim Rohn

I just found out why the universe blinked a little yesterday, December 5, 2009. An old friend and colleague, Jim Rohn, left us to lead the big Seminar in the Sky. He leaves a legacy rich and vast.

Made me think, though. Looking back and looking forward, what kind of legacy will I leave when I go? How about you? Will you be missed by anyone other than your family and close friends? What kind of a hole will you leave?

It’s so easy to get caught up in our small lives; as we draw to the end of 2009, perhaps it’s time to revisit our commitments and dreams.

What are you committed to? For yourself? For the planet? For humanity?

Who do you want to be that reflects this commitment? Are you being that person?

What is the underlying story of your life? You tried or you did?

When you leave this plane of existence, what size of a hole do you want to leave? What do you need to do to accomplish that?

Just thoughts and an excellent exercise.

Bye, Jim. You left a nice one! Great job.
